LaRon is a creative leader who has earned his stripes in Sales Leadership. He has spent the last 2 years with LinkedIn, building out a business exclusively focused on helping clients leverage Social Selling to drive revenue. Before LinkedIn, LaRon spent 16 years with CDW, an 11Billion Dollar technology reseller in Chicago.

After a successful 3 year career in sales handling clients such as Russell Athletic, Aegon, and Packaging Corporation of America, LaRon was afforded the opportunity to lead people. He has led teams of individual contributors as well as teams of Sales Managers focused on both SMB and Mid-Market clients.

In his final role at CDW, LaRon led a team of Solution Architects that accounted for over 300M in annual revenues. LaRon also served as the catalyst in successfully launching CDW's 150M Cisco Data Center Practice and earned multiple Cisco Partner of the year awards.
